Guests and ticket buyers

You do not need a Corvette membership, Garage account or staff login to register for a supported event or open your private email ticket link. Staff sign-in is only for authorized people scanning attendees’ passes.

Complete the event registration process. Stripe confirms payment; a screenshot or return from checkout is not confirmation. Management may need to clear registration and permits before admission. Each pass is single-use for its named event and category.

Vehicle entry requires $10 or one new unwrapped toy. Vendors are $50; food trucks $70. All required permits must be uploaded and current. Missing or expired permits mean rejection with no refund under the registration notice. Staff must receive a toy before admitting a toy-entry pass.

Blue Santa spectator admission is FREE. Spectators do not need a ticket, registration, QR pass or Garage membership. Vehicle and vendor registration requirements still apply. Other-event ticket products are not on sale here yet.

Keep your QR private

The ticket link contains a secret code. Anyone with it can open the pass. Share it only with your authorized attendee and gate staff. Reused, blocked, refunded or disputed passes require review. Printed codes are a backup when camera scanning is unavailable.

HTX records billing-email matching, pass status, registration review and staff admission activity to operate the event. The public pass does not show your email or card details. For a missing email, correction or refund question, contact info.htxcorvettes@gmail.com with your Stripe reference. Never send passwords or full card details.

Event-team scanner

Management grants event-scanning access separately. Authorized staff sign in, scan a guest’s QR and confirm admission after clearance. This is not an employee attendance system and does not grant membership access.
